Brief: RSS for Universal Oneness

Between 25 August and 7 September 2026, in the closing weeks of its centenary year, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh carried a hundred years of experience to three countries. Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, its Sarsanghchalak, addressed an interfaith summit and the Universal Oneness Celebration at Madison Square Garden in New York, delivered the keynote at Hindu Vishwa Bandhu in Toronto, and closed the visit at a Celebration of Oneness in London.

In each setting, one recognition held: that truth is one though human beings describe it differently, that diversity is the natural expression of an underlying unity rather than its contradiction, and that service is owed to the whole rather than to those who share one’s own identity. He told faith leaders that dialogue and service must proceed together. He told the diaspora that loyalty to the land they live in comes first, and that what they carry from Bharat is meant to be lived rather than merely remembered. He told a room in London, in his own words, that we should give our emphasis to what unites us rather than what divides us.

This brief documents those engagements in full, drawing on primary transcripts, official releases and the addresses as delivered. Download it here.
