CIHS Slams Muhammad Yunus for Downplaying Hindu Persecution in Bangladesh

Delhi-based think tank, Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS), has fired back at Muhammad Yunus, Chief Advisor of Bangladesh’s interim government, for dismissing reports of ethnic cleansing and religious persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh as “exaggerated.” In an open letter, CIHS directly challenges Yunus’ claims, urging him to acknowledge the harsh reality of religious extremism driving these attacks. The think tank calls for immediate action to protect minority rights and stop the ongoing violence against Hindus, demanding that the issue be treated with the seriousness it deserves.
